Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This policy explains how KP Enterprises ("we", "us"), trading as Phil Floyd, handles personal information collected through philfloyd.uk. It doesn't cover other websites we link to — including ticket platforms such as Eventbrite, which have their own separate privacy policies.

Information we collect

  • Contact form. If you get in touch through the site, we collect your name, email address and whatever you write in your message, so we can reply to you.
  • Email updates. If you give us your email address to hear about tour dates and show news, we use it only for that purpose.
  • Standard web logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details for every visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, mainly for security and keeping the site running.
  • Link tracking parameters. Some links we share (for example on social media or in emails) may include tracking text in the web address, such as utm_source or utm_medium. This tells us which channel a visitor came from — it doesn't identify who you are.

Third-party services

  • Google Fonts. This site loads its typefaces directly from Google. Google may process a small amount of technical data (like your IP address) to serve those fonts — see Google's own privacy policy for details.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
  • Ticketing. Where we link you to buy tickets, that purchase — including any payment details — is handled entirely by that third-party platform (for example Eventbrite) under its own policy. We don't see or store your payment information.

Cookies

We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes in future, we'll update this policy and, where UK law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to your enquiries, send you updates you've asked for, and keep the site secure and working properly. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone, and we don't use them for anything beyond what's described here.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, an email address stays on our updates list until you unsubscribe, and enquiry details are kept for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted, at any time, by emailing info@philfloyd.uk. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site develops. The date at the top will always show when it was last changed.
